Mass-Transit Solutions for an Automobile Culture: FRFS transportation systems such as railroads, no matter how fast the trains, will have little effect on automobile drivers and traffic. System Engineering, a Framework for Creativity: individual CAVs will not transform mass transit; CAVs integrated with CAVWAYs to comprise CAV Systems will.
