We have the good fortune to be guided to the Promised Land of CAV Systems by Davius, Roman God of Transportation. Every cultured person knows that Davius, short for Deusdeviae, was the inspiration for Roman roads. Where they haven’t been disturbed by people, many Roman roads survive to this day, intact.
At Pont du Gard in Southern France, I saw that good roads can last a lifetime, even longer. More recently, Davius inspired the freeways of California. He will be our spiritual guide as we expose the potential of CAV Systems. Affirmative: Use of the affirmative verb "will" on this site reflects the conviction that Davius' perceptions of the challenges are accurate and that system-engineering holds the key to the CAV-Systems solution. We refuse to hedge that bet by using the conditional "would" or "might," thereby conveying any doubt that CAV Systems will one day be serving us. |
